I will try it. Just add honey when serving.. I make something else with the pineaple skin: a cordial, wash the skin, and pack in jar, filling with vodka..and sugar, let soak in the fridge for weeks, strain and sip Delicious!😂

Aqui está uma a receita caseira: Ingredientes: - 2 xícaras de sementes de gergelim - 2-3 colheres de sopa de óleo (gergelim, girassol ou azeite) Passos: 1. Torrar as Sementes: Torre 2 xícaras de sementes de gergelim em uma frigideira por 5-10 minutos até dourarem. Deixe esfriar. 2. Processar: Bata as sementes frias no processador de alimentos até formar uma pasta. 3. Adicionar Óleo: Adicione 2-3 colheres de sopa de óleo aos poucos, processando até ficar cremoso. Pronto! Seu tahin caseiro está feito.☺️
